Farmer Mobilization & Group Formation

We organize youth farmers into structured production groups, giving dispersed smallholders the collective scale needed to access inputs, extension support, and formal markets.

Input Access & Input Credit

We bridge the capital gap that limits cultivated acreage and input rates. Fertilizer, seed, and other inputs are extended as in-kind credit, repaid at harvest and distributed through community centres in each operational area.

Mechanization Services

Ploughing and threshing services delivered directly to farmer groups, reducing land preparation and post-harvest bottlenecks that limit acreage and cause grain loss.
Pillar 04
Farmer Training & Extension

Beneficiary training on agronomic practice, input application, and record-keeping, delivered through group-based sessions ahead of and during the cropping season.

Aggregation & Market Linkage

We aggregate produce from farmer groups at harvest and sell through retail centres and market stores, giving farmers price stability and a reliable, structured outlet for what they produce.

Monitoring, Records & Accountability

Every farmer and group is registered and tracked: location, crop, acreage, and quantities of inputs distributed or produce aggregated, ensuring verifiable, reportable outcomes.
